Louis Vuitton Stock Controller

- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms.
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and accurately.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
- Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
- Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
- Liaise with HR administration and payroll on timesheets and other necessary information.
- Support store management in creating staff planning, considering anticipated traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability.
- Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and other store necessities.
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursement.
- Follow internal audit guidelines.
- Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity, providing the best client experience.
- Handle client repair requests, manage the repair process, and ensure client follow-up.
- Manage and ensure quality issues are properly addressed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Integrate fully into the store team and contribute to achieving overall store objectives.
- Support client advisors in optimizing match to traffic and adapting operations to client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Sense of service and professional attitude.
- Responsibility and ownership.
- Proficiency in stock management software and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and build strong team relationships.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.
