Louis Vuitton Stock Controller

- Maintain impeccable stock inventory and ensure efficient organization of stock rooms.
- Oversee delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize product availability and manage My Product Request (MPR).
- Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR Administration on payroll and timesheets.
- Support store management in workforce planning considering traffic flow and staff availability.
- Manage stationery, uniforms, and other supplies.
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
- Approach After Sales Services as a client relationship opportunity, managing repair requests and follow-up.
- Ensure quality issues are addressed appropriately.
- Integrate fully with the store team and contribute to overall store objectives.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of service and professional demeanor.
- Responsibility and ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in stock management software and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
A minimum of three years of experience in stock management or a related field is required.
