1. Maintain impeccable stock inventory and ensure efficient organization of stock rooms.
2. Oversee delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
4. Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize product availability and manage My Product Request (MPR).
5. Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
6. Coordinate with HR Administration on payroll and timesheets.
7. Support store management in workforce planning considering traffic flow and staff availability.
8. Manage stationery, uniforms, and other supplies.
9. Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
10. Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
11. Approach After Sales Services as a client relationship opportunity, managing repair requests and follow-up.
12. Ensure quality issues are addressed appropriately.
13. Integrate fully with the store team and contribute to overall store objectives.
14. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
15. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
16. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.

3. Responsibility and ownership of tasks.
4. Proficiency in stock management software and Excel.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

A minimum of three years of experience in stock management or a related field is required.
