1. Ensure an efficient and logical organization of all storage areas, including products and packaging.
2. Manage deliveries, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
3. Guarantee the availability of the right products in-store to improve efficiency and maximize the client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to enhance product availability.
5. Improve stock KPIs through specific actions in coordination with the store team and Head Office.
6. Set up a clear and consistent Stock Counting Calendar to ensure daily and accurate counts.
7. Prepare the shop floor with all necessary supplies to ensure a smooth selling process and support Client Advisors’ comfort.
8. Manage supplier contracts and ensure service quality and compliance.
9. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring all areas and equipment are in proper working condition.
10. Handle general supplies, including office materials, uniforms, and kitchen items.
11. Follow Internal Audit guidelines and maintain proper documentation for compliance.

1. Fluent in English and Turkish
2. At least 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment
