Louis Vuitton Stock Controller

- Ensure an efficient and logical organization of all storage areas, including products and packaging.
- Manage deliveries, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Guarantee the availability of the right products in-store to improve efficiency and maximize the client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to enhance product availability.
- Improve stock KPIs through specific actions in coordination with the store team and Head Office.
- Set up a clear and consistent Stock Counting Calendar to ensure daily and accurate counts.
- Prepare the shop floor with all necessary supplies to ensure a smooth selling process and support Client Advisors’ comfort.
- Manage supplier contracts and ensure service quality and compliance.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring all areas and equipment are in proper working condition.
- Handle general supplies, including office materials, uniforms, and kitchen items.
- Follow Internal Audit guidelines and maintain proper documentation for compliance.
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- At least 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment
