1. Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of stock rooms.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock accurately to enhance store efficiency.
3. Ensure prompt updates to the store regarding new stock arrivals, including exceptional items.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain to improve product availability and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Participate in inventory counts, managing stock movements and administration to minimize shrinkage.
6. Manage client deliveries and reservations as necessary.
7. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently, communicating resolutions to the store.
8. Support colleagues in reducing shop-soiled items and maintaining brand standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management or a related field.
