1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stocks quickly and accurately.
3. Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain to improve product availability.
5. Enhance stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and headquarters.
6. Conduct daily stock counts by creating a precise counting calendar.
7. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and client comfort.
8. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
9. Oversee management of office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
10. Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
11. Comply with company processes and procedures.
12. Integrate fully with the store team to achieve global store objectives.
13. Assist Client Advisors in optimizing adaptability to client flow and needs.
14. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Organizational skills with attention to detail and responsibility.
3. Commitment and proactivity with adaptability to a changing retail environment.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team with a global business perspective.
5. Basic technical knowledge, including daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools.
