- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms for products and packaging.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
- Guarantee the availability of appropriate products in the store to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to improve product availability.
- Enhance stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and headquarters.
- Conduct daily and optimal stock counting with a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and client advisor comfort.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
- Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies management.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Integrate fully into the store team to contribute to global store objectives.
- Assist client advisors in optimizing adaptability to public inflow and client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
- Fluent in English.
