1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms for products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
3. Guarantee the availability of appropriate products in the store to enhance efficiency and client experience.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain to improve product availability.
5. Enhance stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and headquarters.
6. Conduct daily and optimal stock counting with a precise counting calendar.
7. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and client advisor comfort.
8. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
9. Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies management.
10. Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
11. Comply with company processes and procedures.
12. Integrate fully into the store team to contribute to global store objectives.
13. Assist client advisors in optimizing adaptability to public inflow and client needs.
14. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.

1. At least 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluent in English.

5. Ability to work in a team with a global business vision.
6. Basic tech knowledge, including daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools.
