- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of stock rooms.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of stock.
- Enhance product availability by liaising with Supply Chain and managing My Product Request (MPR).
- Participate in inventory counts and manage stock movements to minimize shrinkage.
- Oversee client deliveries and reservations as necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory on the shop floor and manage drawer allocations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently.
- Ensure deadlines are met for MY SR, Outstandings, reversers, and store transfers.
- Manage the My Reverse platform to ensure product availability and clean stock.
- Collaborate with colleagues to reduce shop-soiled items.
- Manage and maintain stock locations for accurate stock availability.
- Follow internal audit guidelines and company policies.
- Manage After Sales Services to enhance client experience.
- Ensure quality issues are promptly addressed.
- Manage DEF exchanges with appropriate documentation.
- Integrate fully with the store team and support client-facing roles as needed.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing client service.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
