Louis Vuitton Stock Controller

- Maintain stock inventory in impeccable condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including products and packaging.
- Oversee delivery operations, ensuring swift and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
- Ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and elevate client experiences.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to manage product requests and meet client needs.
- Manage vendor contracts and oversee store maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR Administration and payroll regarding timesheets and other necessary information.
- Support store management in workforce planning, considering anticipated traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability.
- Oversee management of stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and other essentials.
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements, adhering to internal audit guidelines.
- Approach after-sales services as opportunities for client relationship enhancement, managing repair requests and ensuring quality issue resolution.
- Integrate fully with the store team, contributing to the achievement of overall store objectives.
- Support client advisors in optimizing operations to better meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge, adhering to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of service and professional demeanor.
- Responsibility and ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in various stock management software and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and foster strong team relationships.
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
