1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
3. Guarantee product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management.
5. Improve stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and head office.
6. Conduct daily and optimal stock counting by creating a precise counting calendar.
7. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process.
8. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
9. Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
10. Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
11. Comply with company processes and procedures, contributing to store objectives.
12. Assist Client Advisors in adapting to client needs and public inflow.
13. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish.
3. Availability for a temporary contract during the Christmas season.
4. Willingness to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends.
