Louis Vuitton Stock Controller

- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Guarantee product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management.
- Improve stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and head office.
- Conduct daily and optimal stock counting by creating a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
- Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures, contributing to store objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors in adapting to client needs and public inflow.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Availability for a temporary contract during the Christmas season.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and responsibility.
