1. Maintain impeccable stock inventory and ensure efficient organization of all stock rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate preparation and replenishment of stock.
3. Ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
4. Communicate promptly and accurately with the team regarding new stock arrivals.
5. Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing product requests to meet client needs.
6. Proactively manage and resolve stock discrepancies, ensuring efficient communication with the store team.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Integrate fully with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to store objectives.
9. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock management.

4. Proficiency in stock management software and Excel.
5. Ability to work independently and build strong team relationships.
6. Fluency in English and Dutch.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in stock management is required.
