1. Maintain stock inventory in pristine condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including product and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
6. Integrate fully with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to the store's overall objectives.
7. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to better meet client needs.
8. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
9. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Over 3 years of experience in stock and administration.
2. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
3. Organized with attention to detail, possessing a sense of service and professional attitude.
4. Proficient in Thai and English.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills.
6. Client-centric, proactive, and positive approach.
7. Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
