- Maintain stock inventory in pristine condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including product and packaging.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Integrate fully with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to better meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Over 3 years of experience in stock and administration.
- Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
- Organized with attention to detail, possessing a sense of service and professional attitude.
- Proficient in Thai and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills.
- Client-centric, proactive, and positive approach.
- Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure.
