- Oversee daily logistics flows including inbound, outbound, inventory, and return processes, ensuring service level targets are met.
- Supervise and coordinate third-party logistics providers in daily operations.
- Track key performance indicators such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), stock accuracy, productivity, and fulfillment lead time.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance efficiency.
- Support the Logistics Manager in deploying new projects, including testing and user training.
- Lead User Acceptance Tests (UATs), manage issue tracking, and ensure knowledge transfer to operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations to reduce costs and improve performance.
- Monitor key metrics and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.
- Act as a key point of contact for third-party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton processes and standards.
- Promote a process-oriented and data-driven culture within the warehouse.
- Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement within supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environments.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; experience with Infolog is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and process mapping.
- Strong communication, training, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, including report creation, data modeling, and automation.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement within supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environments is required.
Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
