1. Oversee daily logistics flows including inbound, outbound, inventory, and return processes, ensuring service level targets are met.
2. Supervise and coordinate third-party logistics providers in daily operations.
3. Track key performance indicators such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), stock accuracy, productivity, and fulfillment lead time.
4. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to enhance efficiency.
5. Support the Logistics Manager in deploying new projects, including testing and user training.
6. Lead User Acceptance Tests (UATs), manage issue tracking, and ensure knowledge transfer to operations.
7. Identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations to reduce costs and improve performance.
8. Monitor key metrics and analyze trends to support strategic decisions.
9. Act as a key point of contact for third-party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton processes and standards.
10. Promote a process-oriented and data-driven culture within the warehouse.

1. Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement within supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environments.

1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; experience with Infolog is advantageous.
2. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and process mapping.
3. Strong communication, training, and documentation skills.
4. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, and performance tracking.
5. Advanced skills in Power BI, including report creation, data modeling, and automation.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement within supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environments is required.

Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
