1. Assist in the planning and execution of prestigious events within the Exhibitions and Special Projects division, including jewelry, watchmaking, and perfume events, as well as cultural partnerships.
2. Support project managers in logistical coordination from conception to final execution, including the preparation of internal and external presentations, schedules, and inventory management.
3. Manage various orders, receive deliveries, handle shipments and correspondence, and oversee uniform and stock management.
4. Provide administrative support, including processing purchase orders.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless operations before, during, and after events.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Basic knowledge of project management or planning tools is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.

A first experience in event management or communication is advantageous. An interest in luxury products or the fashion industry is appreciated.
