- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across markets.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs across different markets.
- Background in luxury retail is a plus.
- Keen interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment, leveraging multicultural perspectives to enhance collaboration and innovation.
Beginner level experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
