1. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
2. Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across markets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
4. Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

1. Proficiency in Spanish, both verbal and written, with additional language skills such as Italian being advantageous.
2. Background in luxury retail is a plus.

Beginner level experience is required, with a background in luxury retail being a plus.
