1. Support fabric and textile sourcing specialists in daily material procurement and management.
2. Initiate developments of fabrics and embellishments following Design briefs for prototyping and duplication needs.
3. Assist in planning and monitoring material testing with suppliers and processors.
4. Contribute to updating project management tools, including project tracking tables, budget monitoring, and PLM coding.
5. Facilitate innovation discussions with supplier panels.
6. Conduct competitive analysis.
7. Participate in organizing material innovation presentation meetings.
8. Maintain vigilance on innovations related to material reuse.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
2. Strong material and leather goods product sensitivity.
3. Interest in project management.
4. Curiosity and agility.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
