- Advise and support employees in administrative, medical, social, professional, family, and personal matters with empathy and adaptability.
- Inform and guide employees towards internal or external resources, collaborating closely with occupational health teams, disability mission, payroll, HR managers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to employment retention initiatives and prevention of professional disintegration.
- Participate in collective prevention actions such as quality of life at work and work-life balance.
- Attend coordination and multidisciplinary exchange meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of activity reports, presenting findings to Social and Economic Committees.
- Integrate fully into HR teams and collaborate with medical and HR functions.
- Share and coordinate relevant information with internal stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality.
- Support employees individually while fostering a positive social climate.
- Promote a positive collective work environment.
- Draft written communications for employees.
- Facilitate presentations and thematic actions related to social and human issues within the company.
- State Diploma of Social Service Assistant (DEASS)
- Strong knowledge of social, medico-social, and administrative systems.
- Excellent listening, empathy, and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to work transversally with medical teams, HR, payroll, legal, and external partners.
- Autonomous and organized, with the ability to prioritize and report on activities.
- Strong writing skills for producing summaries, activity reports, and written communications.
- Ability to conduct presentations and thematic actions for diverse audiences.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and preventive approach.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a corporate and multidisciplinary environment.
State Diploma of Social Service Assistant (DEASS)
