- Oversee all paid social campaign performance, optimization, and budget management across multiple campaigns and platforms to ensure all campaign KPIs are met.
- Issue campaign briefs, review media plans, execute cross-platform campaigns, and analyze results for all paid social initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships and lead negotiations with social platform partners to receive first access to new technologies and innovative ad products.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the social agency, ensuring a strong understanding of brand DNA and business objectives.
- Partner with HQ social media team to ensure global campaigns and objectives resonate locally.
- Ideate, pitch, and lead execution of large-scale, first-to-market social projects in the Americas.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the social media landscape, competitive behaviors, and emerging trends.
- Serve as a functional middleman between global production team and zone for local events.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure social strategy achieves business goals on a 360-degree level.
- Spearhead creator sponsorships, working with social partners to identify platform-specific influencers.
- Compile executive recaps and presentations for local and global leadership.
- Manage and oversee development of Social Media Coordinator.
- Solution-oriented, strategic thinker with proven experience driving positive business results across social media campaigns.
- Experience with social media ad management tools and analytics.
- Prior experience managing budgets and billing processes.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape and emerging digital trends.
- Strong campaign management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and analytics.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing budgets.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, particularly within the luxury sector.
Salary range of USD $120K-$125K, with a comprehensive benefits package.
