1. Monitor the efficiency and quality of external upper manufacturers producing sneaker uppers.
2. Initiate and oversee the production of new models at external facilities.
3. Anticipate and effectively address potential production issues.
4. Collaborate with pattern makers and industrialization teams to refine uppers and resolve production challenges.
5. Ensure the cutting, preparation, and stitching processes at the manufacturers are efficiently organized according to the models in production.

1. Over 10 years of experience in upper stitching and quality control roles.
2. Extensive knowledge of upper construction and stitching and assembly processes.
3. Willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing sites across Italy and Europe.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
