- Ensure the initiation of the industrialization phase concurrently with the prototyping of the current collection.
- Guarantee the industrial fine-tuning of fabrics and processes while adhering to style requirements and presenting viable industrial solutions within the development timeline.
- Conduct suitability tests on developed products at designated laboratories during both the industrial development and production confirmation phases.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's know-how regarding materials and their applications in footwear, including new materials, surface treatments, and technologies.
- Aid in the growth of suppliers in line with a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and execute initial fabric batches and processing panels, providing solutions aligned with style requests and sustainable applications.
- Analyze upstream products to determine development paths, implementing new raw material types and processes, and offering innovative solutions.
- Perform and analyze laboratory test results before production confirmation to ensure the suitability of developed products and preempt technical issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different hubs, providing technical support and expertise throughout all phases (sampling, fine-tuning, and production).
- Independently manage the fine-tuning of approved models within set timelines, overseeing intermediate phases and ensuring quality.
- Extend responsibility to the approval of pre-series and verification of the first production batch's validity.
- Support the Supply Chain in ensuring timely material supply where required.
- Assist ateliers during footwear production by addressing fabric-related issues with technical problem-solving contributions.
- Provide a final production report each season.
- Diploma in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of footwear production processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to travel
A minimum of 3 years in industrialization or development within the footwear sector is required.
