1. Plan and coordinate product development projects, defining objectives, scope, resources, and timelines.
2. Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
3. Ensure effective communication among team members and other organizational departments.
4. Monitor project progress, identifying and managing risks and issues.
5. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring resource efficiency.
7. Present periodic project status reports to management and stakeholders.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.

1. Fluency in Spanish and French and/or English.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
5. Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
6. Problem-solving and risk management skills.

Beginner level experience in project management or related roles.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
