1. Plan and organize showrooms to present collections and host market teams, ensuring seamless execution.
2. Develop and manage the annual macro-planning, including venue reservations and participant lists.
3. Coordinate internal and external teams, including Visual Merchandising, technical teams, Marketing, and catering, to ensure cohesive operations.
4. Facilitate debrief meetings to implement improvements.
5. Organize sessions with top management, including plenary and final sessions, managing logistics and content.
6. Oversee budget management, defining budgets, monitoring for overruns, and raising awareness among teams.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
3. Exceptional organizational and initiative skills, with a focus on action and solutions.

1. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
4. Strong communication and information-sharing abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

A minimum of 7 years in a similar capacity within the fashion or luxury sector.
