1. Manage showroom maintenance and oversee seasonal samples, stock, and carryover samples.
2. Create monthly and occasional lookbooks for magazine shoots and celebrity dressing.
3. Support the PR Specialist in managing overall PR-related issues.
4. Monitor competitors' PR activities.
5. Handle internal PR materials, including press releases, newsletters, and translations.
6. Plan PR showroom operations for each season, including sample orders and supervising lending status.
7. Plan and support editorial activities, coordinating sample schedules and communication between stylists and press.
8. Support, develop, and distribute press releases.
9. Evaluate monthly press clippings and create weekly clipping reports for Paris.
10. Coordinate all sample transportation related to PR materials and giftings.
11. Ensure timely sample delivery to pitch collections appropriately.
12. Maintain samples in optimal condition and control stock to prevent loss or damage.
13. Support the PR Specialist and Celebrity & KOLs Specialist in planning strategic gifting for focused products.
14. Assist the team in preparing various reports and support special media and celebrity shoots.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

1. Good knowledge of fashion and media environment
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
