Louis Vuitton Shoes Supply Chain Manager

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies for the sneakers category.
- Coordinate MRP management and procurement of raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Implement and sustain a procurement planning system to meet production timelines.
- Manage current and long-term projections to guide production planning objectives.
- Coordinate supplier planning for all manufacturers/ateliers, considering their production capacities.
- Create retro-planning to define material arrival timelines and verify them.
- Monitor technical developments to ensure shipment departures are met.
- Analyze KPIs and provide reports to management.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess quality and delivery capability.
- Monitor forecasts to identify changes and anticipate their impact on the supply chain.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated business growth plans.
- Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities to optimize processes and enhance accuracy and efficiency within procurement operations.
- Maintain constant communication with the Paris headquarters.
- Manage and coordinate the team.
- Degree in economic or scientific disciplines.

- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, PLM, and SAP
At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the fashion/footwear sector.
Degree in economic or scientific disciplines.
