3. Operate manual tools and equipment for the repair process.

1. High School Diploma or GED

1. Manual dexterity and sewing proficiency, particularly with leather and canvas.
2. Basic math skills for measuring.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
5. Self-motivated to complete repairs from start to finish.
6. Basic English language proficiency.

0-3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Must pass a manual dexterity/sewing test.
