1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content SEO strategy, including metadata optimization, creation of engaging long-form copy, strategic footer copy updates, and effective internal linking strategies.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and inform content development.
3. Proactively optimize existing website content to improve organic visibility.
4. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Collaborate with the Central (HQ) team to implement necessary fixes and improvements to the website's infrastructure.
6. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
7. Utilize analytics platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret SEO data.
8. Generate comprehensive reports on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
9. Communicate SEO performance updates to stakeholders, management, and other relevant departments.
10. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing SEO strategies.

1. 2-4 years of prior experience in an SEO role with a strong focus on content generation and optimization.
2. Solid understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
3. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
4. Strong analytical, communication, copywriting, and collaboration skills.
5. Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment preferred.
