1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content SEO strategy, including metadata optimization, creation of engaging long-form copy, strategic footer copy updates, and internal linking strategies.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content development.
3. Optimize existing website content to improve organic visibility, targeting keywords with ranking declines.
4. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the Central HQ team.
5. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SEO initiatives and website performance.
6. Utilize analytics platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret SEO data, generating comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
7. Communicate SEO performance updates to stakeholders, management, and relevant departments.
8. Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing SEO strategies to achieve business goals.

1. 2-4 years of prior experience in an SEO role with a focus on content generation and optimization.
2. Solid understanding of technical SEO principles such as site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
3. Familiarity with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Conductor.

Annual salary range of USD $80,000 - $100,000.
