Louis Vuitton Senior Store Planning Manager

- Drive and communicate global design guidelines and standards to ensure each Louis Vuitton store delivers the brand’s aesthetic and quality vision.
- Manage the entire project cycle from conception to close-out to ensure timely delivery of projects with the highest quality within budget.
- Identify and explore opportunities for delivering bespoke store concepts that meet country needs, managing costs, schedule, design, and quality control of projects in collaboration with the global store planning team, local teams, and business partners.
- Continuously optimize design concepts and ensure execution to standards set by budget targets.
- Lead, manage, and oversee assigned architects, consultants, fit-out, and millwork contractors with the store planning VP.
- Liaise closely with local landlords and authorities to ensure proper guidelines and all relevant startup information are in place for all projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with consultants, contractors, and landlords to ensure compliance with Vuitton’s standards, identify and resolve outstanding issues, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with suppliers of millwork and furniture to prepare designs and manage authorizations for project realization.
- Manage direct orders from HQ-nominated suppliers, including logistics and customs clearance, to ensure on-time delivery for satisfactory store openings.
- Manage challenges in the project lifecycle, identify potential crises, and define mitigation plans.
- Frequent travel required – approximately 30%.
- Architectural background in high-quality facades and interiors and store planning project management experience.
- Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management in Design & Construction.
- Experience in luxury retail design is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of standard quality means and methods, and materials in construction and millwork required for a luxury environment.
- Resourceful and driven individual who can communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders.
- Analytical, strong project management and execution skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and adaptability to fast and changing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, 3D software, and Photoshop.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management in Design & Construction.
