- Maintain stock inventory in pristine condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate preparation and replenishment of stock.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
- Oversee vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
- Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity, providing exceptional client experiences.
- Handle client repair requests, manage the repair process, and ensure quality issues are addressed.
- Manage and develop team members in larger stores.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to the achievement of store objectives.
- Support client advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge, adhering to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.
