1. Ensure efficient stock management and organization of stock rooms, maintaining inventory in perfect condition.
2. Oversee delivery operations, ensuring quick and accurate stock preparation and replenishment.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
4. Collaborate with Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Approach After Sales Services as an opportunity to strengthen client relationships and provide exceptional client experience.
6. Handle client repair requests, manage the repair process, and ensure quality issues are properly addressed.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to the store's overall objectives.
8. Participate in morning briefings and integrate fully with the store team.
9. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
