2. Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sneaker and/or sportswear sector for both men and women.

2. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in 2D CAD; knowledge of ELITRON software is an advantage.
3. Teamwork orientation, proactivity, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage priorities, especially during tight deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position within the sneaker or sportswear industry.

Technical education or specialization in the footwear sector or equivalent.
