Louis Vuitton Senior Retail Operations Manager

- Develop and implement new initiatives to optimize in-store operations, enhance omnichannel capabilities, and improve customer experience.
- Deploy omnichannel strategies in collaboration with Supply Chain, Néo, and Digital teams.
- Manage and develop a team focused on operational efficiency projects.
- Ensure productivity and traceability through RFID & NFC technologies in partnership with Néo, Industrial, Logistics, and external providers.
- Enhance the Xstore POS system and support its upgrades to meet retail needs.
- Continuously propose new methods for information sharing with zones, countries, and stores.
- Promote internal marketing of projects and the team within Louis Vuitton.
- Lead change management for projects, schedules, and budgets related to new tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment of new features or processes, ensuring compliance with Finance and Internal Control teams.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with essential experience in retail, preferably within Louis Vuitton.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly understand IT architectures.
- Familiarity with in-store tools.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong background in retail operations, ideally within Louis Vuitton.
