1. Develop and implement new initiatives to optimize in-store operations, enhance omnichannel capabilities, and improve customer experience.
2. Deploy omnichannel strategies in collaboration with Supply Chain, Néo, and Digital teams.
3. Manage and develop a team focused on operational efficiency projects.
4. Ensure productivity and traceability through RFID & NFC technologies in partnership with Néo, Industrial, Logistics, and external providers.
5. Enhance the Xstore POS system and support its upgrades to meet retail needs.
6. Continuously propose new methods for information sharing with zones, countries, and stores.
7. Promote internal marketing of projects and the team within Louis Vuitton.
8. Lead change management for projects, schedules, and budgets related to new tools and processes.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment of new features or processes, ensuring compliance with Finance and Internal Control teams.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience, with essential experience in retail, preferably within Louis Vuitton.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Ability to quickly understand IT architectures.
4. Familiarity with in-store tools.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong background in retail operations, ideally within Louis Vuitton.
