Louis Vuitton Senior Retail Learning Manager

- Design and develop innovative training programs, both in-person and digital, focusing on sales, customer relations, upselling, cross-selling, and hospitality quality.
- Create modular training paths tailored to various levels, including advisors, managers, and internal trainers.
- Manage the production of training materials with external providers, ensuring alignment with the brand's retail strategy and culture.
- Plan and execute the global deployment of training programs in accordance with the Retail Learning Development strategy.
- Facilitate training sessions in both French and English, including workshops and masterclasses.
- Support regional managers in adopting retail sales and leadership practices.
- Train and coach internal trainers, ambassadors, and retail trainers.
- Define and implement KPIs to measure training success and align sales tools with Retail Excellence standards.
- Develop tracking, reporting, and analysis tools to assess the impact of learning on business results and customer experience.
- Propose continuous optimization plans based on performance analysis.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development within the retail sector, specifically in fashion, luxury, beauty, or specialized distribution.
- Proficiency in pedagogical engineering, including needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Proven ability to create training programs focused on sales optimization, customer experience, and operational excellence in retail.
- Strong knowledge of digital training tools and a keen interest in technological innovations.
- Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of retail operations and store environments.
- Natural leadership ability to unite teams and positively influence outcomes.
