1. Design and implement innovative and operational training programs that integrate in-person, digital, and on-the-job learning.
2. Develop practical management tools such as managerial rituals, manager kits, coaching guides, and micro-learning modules.
3. Align training initiatives with key luxury retail objectives, including commercial performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and team engagement.
4. Create comprehensive programs covering the entire managerial cycle, including leadership, performance management, and talent development.
5. Oversee training projects from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
6. Select, coordinate, and challenge external providers to ensure content quality and coherence.
7. Collaborate closely with Retail, HR, and Operations teams to ensure field adherence and operational implementation.
8. Measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of training programs to foster a results-oriented learning culture.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in Learning & Development, specifically within the retail sector (fashion, luxury, beauty, specialized distribution).
2. Proficiency in instructional design, from needs analysis to evaluation, including design and facilitation.
3. Proven ability to create training programs focused on sales optimization, customer experience, and retail excellence.
4. Strong knowledge of digital training tools and a keen interest in technological innovations.
5. Bilingual in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
