Louis Vuitton Senior Retail Learning Manager

- Design and implement innovative and operational training programs that integrate in-person, digital, and on-the-job learning.
- Develop practical management tools such as managerial rituals, manager kits, coaching guides, and micro-learning modules.
- Align training initiatives with key luxury retail objectives, including commercial performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and team engagement.
- Create comprehensive programs covering the entire managerial cycle, including leadership, performance management, and talent development.
- Oversee training projects from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Select, coordinate, and challenge external providers to ensure content quality and coherence.
- Collaborate closely with Retail, HR, and Operations teams to ensure field adherence and operational implementation.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of training programs to foster a results-oriented learning culture.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Learning & Development, specifically within the retail sector (fashion, luxury, beauty, specialized distribution).
- Proficiency in instructional design, from needs analysis to evaluation, including design and facilitation.
- Proven ability to create training programs focused on sales optimization, customer experience, and retail excellence.
- Strong knowledge of digital training tools and a keen interest in technological innovations.
- Bilingual in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
