- Develop and operationalize the zone retail learning strategy for the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic to align training priorities with regional business objectives.
- Manage market activation, communications and implementation of central training initiatives in partnership with regional leadership, Learning Managers and the Retail Academy.
- Design and deliver métier‑specific and soft‑skill curricula (team development, client experience, art of relationship, high‑end selling, coaching) in a practical, 360° format for retail teams.
- Lead facilitation and train‑the‑trainer sessions for the Louis Vuitton Americas retail learning community; equip regional trainers to sustain new programs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR and corporate departments to shape leadership workshops and ensure content remains aligned to business needs.
- Elevate the capability of the Academy and regional learning teams through strategy development, planning, calendarization and execution oversight.
- Support measurement of training impact and translate learning initiatives into concrete business results, service excellence and team development.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in learning & development, retail training or talent development, with significant exposure to retail operations.
- Proven track record designing and delivering retail learning programs and train‑the‑trainer initiatives; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
- Demonstrated project and program management capability, including planning, calendarization, market activation and change management.
- Analytical orientation with experience defining and tracking learning KPIs and translating training into measurable business outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic markets.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail learning, learning & development or talent development, with demonstrated success implementing regional training strategies—luxury retail experience is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related field preferred; advanced degree or certifications in L&D, instructional design or coaching a plus.
