1. Plan and implement structured learning and development programs for Louis Vuitton stores across the West Region.
2. Align training programs with business objectives and the learning needs of teams.
3. Develop leadership skills of Store and Team Managers through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching.
4. Oversee the LA and OC Metro teams, ensuring service excellence and an elevated client experience.
5. Facilitate Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individualized training plans.
6. Support the region in enhancing customer satisfaction by applying selling skills through observation and coaching.
7. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to enhance proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors.

Salary range of USD $150,000 - $160,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
