Senior Regional Retail Learning Manager

1. Prepare and facilitate Louis Vuitton’s Retail Training and Client Development Strategies, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individualized training plans.
2. Support the region in driving customer delight by ensuring the applied learning of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams to enhance the proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

1. Passionate about clients and people development.
2. Exceptional experience in influencing and training team members, ideally from a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.

1. Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills.
2. Ability to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change.

Minimum 5 years

Salary range of USD $150,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
