1. Define the strategy for window display procurement.
2. Supervise the production of window display projects from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, in collaboration with design, supply chain, and regional teams.
3. Manage budgets and develop a supplier panel based on quality, cost, and timeline criteria.
4. Ensure all window display elements meet high luxury sector quality standards, with international travel to factories as required.
5. Train and supervise teams involved in the development, procurement, and production of window displays (8 people).
6. Prepare detailed reports for monitoring CSR topics.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in similar roles.

1. Expertise in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
2. Proven track record in developing and producing visual merchandising solutions.
3. Strong team management experience.
4. Ability to manage complex projects.
5. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
7. Sensitivity to the luxury industry, with an emphasis on excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.

Minimum of 10 years in similar roles, with significant experience in team management and visual merchandising production.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
