1. Define the window display purchasing strategy.
2. Collaborate closely with design, supply chain, and regional teams to oversee window display projects from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
3. Manage budgets and expand the supplier base according to quality, cost, and time criteria.
4. Ensure all window display elements meet the high-quality standards of the luxury sector, with international travel to factories as required.
5. Train and supervise teams involved in the development, purchasing, and production of window displays (8 people).
6. Prepare detailed reports for monitoring CSR topics.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent University.
2. Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in similar roles.

1. Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
2. Expertise in the development and production of Visual Merchandising solutions.
3. Significant team management experience.
4. Strong project management skills for complex projects.
5. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
7. Sensitivity to the luxury sector, embodying excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.

Minimum of 10 years in similar roles, with significant experience in team management and Visual Merchandising development and production.

Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent University.
