1. Define the strategy for window display procurement.
2. Supervise the production of window display projects from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, in close collaboration with design, supply chain, and regional teams.
3. Manage budgets and expand the supplier portfolio based on quality, cost, and timeline criteria.
4. Ensure all window display elements meet the high-quality standards of the luxury sector, including international factory visits.
5. Train and supervise teams involved in the development, procurement, and production of window displays, comprising 8 members.
6. Prepare detailed reports for monitoring CSR topics.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent University degree.
2. Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in similar roles.
3. Proven expertise in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and visual merchandising solution development and production.
4. Significant experience in team management.
5. Strong ability to manage complex projects.
6. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
