- Lead the development of the Iconic Knitwear collections from initial sketches to the delivery of collection pieces.
- Manage projects with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and industrialization of collections, adhering to style, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Oversee the reliability of information throughout the development process for each model.
- Enhance the collective efficiency of collection processes and support innovation in developments.
- Participate in knitwear development, dispatching trials, and preparing technical dossiers for manufacturers in collaboration with the studio.
- Monitor daily progress of developments and dispatch models to manufacturers.
- Verify model launches before sending to suppliers, adding technical information.
- Attend technical fittings with the creative direction and studio, noting adjustments and communicating them to manufacturers.
- Centralize supply needs and place orders with relevant parties.
- Ensure model compliance upon collection delivery before each appointment.
- Visit manufacturers to track collection progress and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Request samples from knitters throughout the collection for quality tests by the production department.
- Update tracking documents throughout the development process.
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met by monitoring daily collection progress with manufacturers.
- Ensure development stages adhere to the overall timeline.
- Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knitwear product development.
- Experience in a studio and luxury fashion house is advantageous.
- Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, meticulous, and innovative.
- Fluent in French, Italian, and English.
- Product development expertise in knitwear.
- Project management with external suppliers.
- Technical fitting and adjustment communication.

- Multilingual communication skills.
