Louis Vuitton Senior Press Officer - Fragrances/Beauty

- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with journalists in France and internationally, both in print and online, while negotiating exclusive media coverage.
- Create press assets and coordinate the promotion of fragrances and beauty products across various platforms, including social media and influencers, in collaboration with markets and business teams.
- Organize press trips and manage product forecasts and shopping dispatches within France.
- Collaborate with the influencer department to benchmark interesting profiles, influencers, and opinion leaders.
- Analyze press coverage and prepare daily and launch-specific press reviews for top management.
- Manage budget tracking for the department.
- Develop press kits, including briefing writers, proofreading texts, and collaborating with the Art Buying department on production.
- Coordinate communication tools with internal departments such as Celebrities/Influencers, Clients, and Marketing.
- Regularly update the press site, oversee the drafting and translation of press releases, and support the development of various press tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in similar roles.
- Significant experience in the beauty sector with excellent market knowledge.
- Proven writing skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong team player with the ability to challenge and adapt to different perspectives.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry, embodying excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Excellent relationship management with media and influencers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing press materials.
- Ability to analyze and interpret media coverage.
- Budget management expertise.
Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within the beauty sector, with a strong understanding of the luxury market.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Journalism, or equivalent.
