- Develop and implement strategies to optimize and achieve all sales objectives across all product categories in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Provide insights on products, clients, trends, and competition for integration into the buying strategy to optimize sell-through.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns with a comprehensive 360-degree approach.
- Analyze sales trends and react with reorder opportunities and rebalancing.
- Define merchandising strategies specific to retail channels, including travel retail and domestic retail.
- Provide the retail management team with relevant updates on sales performance versus KPI targets.
- Develop and drive the overall visual merchandising strategy, including window projects, key-events, and product launches.
- Evaluate and enhance visual merchandising teams' performance to meet brand standards and VM guidelines.
- Lead and develop the visual merchandising team in Singapore, with dotted line reporting of the store team across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a fashion merchandising or buying role with an internationally renowned luxury brand.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high sensitivity towards fashion and trends.
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight timelines.
- Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, self-initiative, and a team player.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures.
Minimum 8 years in a fashion merchandising or buying role with a luxury brand.
