- Develop and execute merchandising strategy for Men's Ready to Wear (MRTW) across the Americas.
- Lead the buying strategy and in-season actions to achieve sales and sell-through objectives.
- Collaborate with the Paris merchandising team to align product strategies.
- Create and oversee launch strategies and product flow to stores in partnership with the Supply Chain.
- Build sales objectives for MRTW with the Director and VP of Merchandising.
- Negotiate Open to Buy agreements with the central team in Paris.
- Develop assortment plans by store based on local market needs.
- Participate in multiple buying sessions in Paris annually, including order input and review with the central team.
- Maximize sell-through via regular business analysis, transfers, and reorders.
- Work with marketing and CRM to identify opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop in-store programs and incentives to drive business.
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports for the Merchandising VP and Paris Product Team.
- Maintain central expense budget, including travel, product samples, and training seminars.
- Identify new business opportunities in product, network, and marketing.
- Evaluate and recommend store distribution.
- Exceptional experience in retail merchandising/buying with a focus on Men's Ready to Wear.
- Ability to influence across the organization with sophisticated product allocation and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional executive presentation presence.
- Analytical skills with high expertise in Excel.
- Ability to synthesize large data sets and prioritize key opportunities.
- Client-focused with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage and produce high-quality/volume analytical deliverables.
- Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Minimum of 5 years in retail merchandising/buying, specifically in Men's Ready to Wear.
Salary range of USD $120,000-130,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
