Senior Merchandising Manager - Men's Ready to Wear

1. Build sales objectives for Men's Ready to Wear with Director and VP of Merchandising
2. Participate in multiple buying sessions in Paris annually
3. Create launch strategy and supervise product flow to stores
4. Develop and negotiate Open to Buy with central team in Paris
5. Create assortment plan by store based on local market needs
6. Maximize sell-through by regular business analysis, transfers, and reorders
7. Work with marketing and CRM to identify opportunities to grow client base
8. Develop programs and incentives in stores to drive business
9. Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports
10. Maintain central expense budget
11. Identify new business opportunities
12. Evaluate and recommend store distribution

1. Exceptional experience in retail merchandising/buying with a focus on Men's Ready to Wear
2. Ability to influence across the organization
3. Sophisticated product allocation and product knowledge

Minimum 5 years

USD $120,000-130,000 annually plus the opportunity for a bonus
