1. Develop and implement coherent merchandising strategies to achieve sales, sell-through, and growth objectives.
2. Orchestrate seamless execution of product launches and present new collections to retail teams.
3. Enhance product knowledge through leading training sessions and developing effective sales tools.
4. Refine product assortment using sales data and store feedback to identify key trends and opportunities.
5. Monitor business changes and liaise with regional merchandising and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment.
6. Report on product feedback, local fashion trends, and competitor environment for integration into the buying strategy.
7. Support analytical requirements, including product and sales analysis and competitor intelligence.
8. Manage local and regional inventory rebalancing exercises to optimize sell-through in seasonal collections.
9. Organize regular in-store visits and meetings with regional counterparts to gather business feedback and update on Oceania business.
10. Collaborate with other departments to drive business priorities.
