1. Define and lead the global customs compliance strategy in alignment with business growth and supply chain objectives.
2. Identify and implement innovative solutions, such as automation and AI-driven tools, to enhance compliance processes and reduce operational friction.
3. Ensure full compliance with global import/export regulations and lead the organization's response to regulatory changes.
4. Oversee classification strategy and partner with Central teams for origin determination to maintain data integrity.
5. Optimize customs duty exposure through strategies like FTAs, bonded warehouses, and duty drawback.
6. Oversee order management accuracy and monitor pricing processes to support margin accuracy.
7. Build, lead, and mentor a team of customs compliance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
8. Establish robust compliance KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and risk across the organization.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related fields.
2. U.S. Customs Broker License or equivalent credential.

1. Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation or process innovation in a compliance or logistics environment.
2. Proven ability to lead teams and influence at an executive level.
3. Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or customs compliance, including 3-5 years in a management role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related fields.

An annual salary within the range of USD $150,000 - $160,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
