- Define and lead the global customs compliance strategy in alignment with business growth and supply chain objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions, such as automation and AI-driven tools, to enhance compliance processes and reduce operational friction.
- Ensure full compliance with global import/export regulations and lead the organization's response to regulatory changes.
- Oversee classification strategy and partner with Central teams for origin determination to maintain data integrity.
- Optimize customs duty exposure through strategies like FTAs, bonded warehouses, and duty drawback.
- Oversee order management accuracy and monitor pricing processes to support margin accuracy.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of customs compliance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Establish robust compliance KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and risk across the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related fields.
- U.S. Customs Broker License or equivalent credential.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation or process innovation in a compliance or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence at an executive level.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or customs compliance, including 3-5 years in a management role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related fields.
An annual salary within the range of USD $150,000 - $160,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
