- Lead the creation of programs and structures to instill a core Client Development mindset within store teams, focusing on client loyalty.
- Drive Client Development competencies across all retail levels, including coaching, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Develop training programs targeting strengths and opportunities to integrate Client Development into daily store culture.
- Facilitate 'Train the Trainer' sessions for new programs and regional teams.
- Update and enhance training materials and methodologies as needed.
- Collaborate with Retail Learning field coaches to reinforce Client Development messages to store teams.
- Communicate regularly with Retail Client Development on region-specific training opportunities.
- Set expectations for client outreach and engagement, motivating stores to achieve these goals.
- Collect and share best practices and success stories across all programs.
- Align with the Client Development Director on store leadership and market opportunities to refine clienteling culture.
- Ensure store managers lead the appointment culture in stores.
- Leverage reporting to drive sales and retention rate targets.
- Create outreach collateral for stores to drive cross-selling and appointments.
- Travel regularly to regions and stores to execute specific plans and identify improvement areas.
- Develop plans addressing specific Client Development challenges with performance benchmarks.
- Create detailed performance post-mortems for customized support follow-up.
- Represent store voices in the development of key programs and resources.
- Collaborate with the Client Development team on program development to ensure success.
- Develop monthly and quarterly plans on major Client Development initiatives with adoption status and next steps.
- Experience in Client Development or a related field.
- Strong coaching background with retail experience focused on client relationship growth.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and MS Query.
- Knowledge of the French language is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Development or a related field.
USD $150,000-160,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
