1. Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros to streamline workflows and enhance data processing efficiency.
2. Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI for real-time insights.
3. Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
4. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through VBA automation and Power BI solutions.
5. Maintain product restriction rules in SAP system for required countries.
6. Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
7. Proactively identify and rectify issues during shipping documentation preparation.
8. Handle all shipment claims, including insurance-related claims.
9. Integrate fully into Logistics team operations and contribute to achieving team objectives.
10. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Logistics processes.
11. Manage the destruction process responsibly, seeking sustainable alternatives for materials.
12. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals, reducing environmental impact.
13. Oversee ATA Carnet applications, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
14. Coordinate with Finance for Bank Guarantees related to ATA Carnet documentation.
15. Coordinate with Country Logistics to meet event timelines.
16. Communicate effectively with vendors to build relationships and resolve issues.
17. Collaborate with service providers to drive mutual success and operational excellence.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, and Power BI
2. Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
3. Understanding of shipping documents such as CITES Application and Certificate of Origin
4. Vendor management and relationship-building skills
5. Effective communication and people management abilities
6. Detail-oriented and meticulous
7. Adaptable and flexible to new ideas and procedures
8. Independent and self-motivated

Minimum of 3 years in a logistics or supply chain role.
