1. Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros to streamline workflows and enhance data processing efficiency.
2. Build, design, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI for real-time insights.
3. Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
4. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities by integrating VBA automation with Power BI solutions.
5. Maintain product restriction rules in the SAP system for required countries.
6. Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
7. Proactively identify and rectify issues during the preparation of shipping documentation.
8. Handle all shipment claims, including insurance-related claims.
9. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Desk/Work instructions for logistics processes.
10. Manage the destruction process responsibly while seeking sustainable alternatives.
11. Oversee ATA Carnet applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with customs regulations.
12. Coordinate with the Finance Team for Bank Guarantees related to ATA Carnet documentation.
13. Effectively communicate with vendors to build relationships and resolve issues.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, and Power BI
2. Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
3. Understanding of shipping documents such as CITES applications and Certificates of Origin
4. Vendor management and relationship-building skills
5. Effective communication and people management abilities
6. Independence and self-motivation with a positive attitude

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain
