1. Maintain product restriction rules in the SAP system for relevant countries regularly.
2. Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
3. Identify and resolve issues during the preparation of shipping documentation.
4. Handle all shipment claims, including insurance-related claims.
5. Integrate fully into logistics team operations to achieve overall objectives.
6. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions for logistics processes.
7. Manage the destruction process responsibly, seeking sustainable alternatives for recycling and repurposing materials.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals, minimizing environmental impact.
9. Oversee ATA Carnet applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with customs regulations.
10. Coordinate with the finance team for bank guarantees required for ATA Carnet documentation.
11. Communicate effectively with vendors to build relationships and resolve issues.
12. Engage in proactive collaboration with service providers to drive operational excellence.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; WMS experience is advantageous.
2. Knowledge of shipping documents such as CITES applications and certificates of origin.
3. Strong vendor management and customer relationship skills.
4. Effective communication and people management abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach.
6. Adaptability and flexibility to embrace new ideas and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years in a logistics or luxury supply chain environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
