- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive global training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Lead the creation of managerial, leadership, onboarding, and functional programs (HR, Finance, etc.) to enhance employee skills and capabilities across the organization.
- Utilize advanced pedagogical approaches to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, HR, and department heads, to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Oversee the large-scale deployment of learning programs, ensuring consistency and quality across different regions and functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, implementing continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization's programs remain innovative.
- Provide coaching and support to HR and functional teams in the implementation of learning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in learning and development with a strong focus on the development and implementation of global programs.
- Deep expertise in pedagogical approaches and adult learning principles.
- Proven experience in learning and development and capacity building.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse functions and geographies.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of training programs.
Minimum of 10 years in learning and development, focusing on global program development and implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
